Contract Terms and Conditions
2006
Spring Trip
The following terms
and conditions apply to
participation in the 2006 Spring Trip for the BHS Band Students and
Chaperones.
1.
A non refundable
deposit will be
made by all students and chaperones planning to participate in the
Spring trip in the amount
of $75.00 by November 1. This deposit is
non transferable and will be forfeited if the student withdraws from
the trip.
2.
Payments will be made
on regular
intervals as per the attached schedule.
Payment in full is due one month prior to departure.
3.
All proceeds from
fundraising
efforts will be credited to student / chaperone accounts.
If the student withdraws from the trip, the
proceeds from the fundraising effort will be forfeited.
4.
The Band Director/ or
adminstration may deny
students / chaperones participation in this event.
Denial on the basis of disciplinary action
will result in the forfeiture of all deposits and fund raising proceeds.
5. Cancellation Policy: Students / Chaperones may cancel this contract, in writing, no later than two months before the departure date. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposits and fundraising proceeds. Payments in excess of this will be returned. Cancellations after this date will result in cancellation penalty equal to the full payment of the bus fee and any penalties imposed by the Travel Agency on the band. Cancellations will not be accepted later than one month prior to departure.
