Judy Moody M.D. By Megan McDonald	Judy Moody is assigned a project that has to do with medical things. She decides to dress up as Elizabeth Blackwell, the first woman doctor. She even does some surgery on a zucchini. I recommend this book to anyone who likes funny books. Reviewed by Michelle age 9
Lunch Money By Andrew Clements	This book is about a boy and a girl that are having a big competition about raising money. While they are having the competition they also learn some lessons about working together. I recommend this book . Reviewed by Tamsin age 10
Children of the Fire By Harriet Gillem Robinet	This book is historical fiction. If you like adventures, then you will love this book. It is about an 11 year old black girl who runs away. She sees the Great Chicago Fire and makes a special friend, Elizabeth. There are a few sad parts in this book, but I liked it. Reviewed by Michelle age 9
Maniac Magee By Jerry Spinelli	This book is about a boy who is an orphan. His name is Jeffrey. He goes to live with this Uncle and Aunt, but they treated him poorly. He decided to run away. This is where the adventures of Maniac Magee began. Reviewed by Tamsin age 10
By Christopher Paul Curtis	Bud, Not Buddy is about a 10 year old boy who is an orphan. When he is sent to a foster home he is abused and leaves. He decides to walk to Grand Rapids, Michigan to try and find his father. This story takes place in the 1930's. I liked this story because it was an adventure story. Reviewed by Tamsin age 10
