Supply List

Suggested Supply List 2007-2008

• A standard size backpack, the small ones will not hold our folders. No rolling
  backpacks please, these are too tall for the children and cause accidents in the
  hall.

•  A box of 8 large or jumbo crayons in the 8 basic colors.
  (Please print your child's name on each crayon.)

• We use the "skinny" crayons beginning in January.

•  An 8-1/2 X 5-1/2 plastic school box without a handle.

• A 70 sheet spiral notebook.

•  2 black and white speckled composition book.

•  Blunt-tipped children's Fiskar scissors

•  3 Large glue sticks with your child's name on them.

•  A 4 oz. Bottle of Elmer’s Glue All to be donated to the class.

•  A large eraser.

•  A pack of 8 washable magic markers to be donated to the classroom.

•  A box of tissues

• One 4 pack of Dry Erase Markers

• One bottle of antibacterial hand soap.

   **Please label all items with your child’s name. Supplies may need to be  replenished during the school year.

• 2 boxes of tissues

• 1 box of crayons (24 or less)

• Scissors

• 12 pencils

• 12   pencil top erasers

• 3 -8oz. Bottles of glue

• Supply box (small enough for cubby)

• 2 pocket   folders (1 yellow and 1 blue)

• 4 black and white composition books

• 3 packages of 3x5 index cards

• 1 file box for 3x5 cards

* This is a suggested list only and some materials may need to be replaced during the school year.   All materials are available in the classroom.

• 1 box of yellow number 2 pencils

• 2 wide ruled spiral notebooks (70-100 pages)

• 1 black and white marbled composition book

• 4 pocket folders

• 1 small pencil box (max. size 10" x 6" x 3")

• 1 box Crayola crayons, 24 count

• 1 pair Fiskar scissors (no plastic or blunt tip)

• 1 bottle of Elmer's Glue (8 oz. size ) & 8 glue sticks

• 2 black or blue dry erase markers

• 2 large boxes of tissue

• 1 box of quart size Ziploc freezer bags

• 1 container wipes

* Mrs. Hanline requests pencil pouches, no Elmer's glue, and a box of colored markers

* Mrs. Haywood requests a box of colored markers and an additional marbled composition book.

• Pencil holder (zipper style)

• 2 glue sticks

• Loose-leaf notebook paper (wide-ruled)

• 3-ring binder with pockets (1 1all/2" or 2")

• Subject dividers for binder ( 5 subjects)

• Single subject spiral notebooks (2)

• Black/white composition notebooks (2)

• 2 red ball-point pens

• Crayons or colored pencils

• 2 yellow highlighters

• Scissors

• Box of tissues

• 2 packs of loose-leaf paper (wide ruled)

• #2 pencils (ample supply)

• Red ball-point pens

• 6- solid colored pocket folders with 3 prongs

• 2 spiral subject notebooks (blue and green)

• 12 inch ruler with inches and centimeters

• 4 glue sticks

• 1 pack black dry erase markers

• Scissors

• 1 pack post-it notes 3X3

• Hand sanitizer

Please check with your child throughout the year to be sure he/she has adequate supplies.

***Note: Please NO trapper keepers !!!
