Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters - Spasticity Clinic
This is a multidisciplinary clinic for the evaluation of children with spasticity issues from conditions including, but not limited to: Cerebral Palsy, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. This clinic provides a collaborative approach to spasticity management to include the following pediatric specialties: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy. Care Coordination may be available for your child.

Hispanic Playgroup
Family Focus offers playgroups for parents and their children. Family Focus will offer the Hispanic community the same benefits parents on the Peninsula have enjoyed since 1983. The Hispanic Playgroup provides a friendly and supportive environment. It's a place where parents and caregivers can openly discuss the successes and challenges of raising children. You will find ideas and be able to exchange ideas with other parents. You will learn parenting techniques that will help you in raising your children. Your children will enjoy such activities as: art, music, snack, story time and most important of all, they will be able to play and learn with other children.

"The Book Club"
This is a bi-monthly program designed for the child, age 10 - 15 years, who enjoys reading. Each month the group picks a theme for the books to be read and discussed.
First Saturday of the month, the prior month's book is discussed and a new theme picked. On the third Saturday of the month, the group does a project or takes a field trip relating to the theme of the books.
1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month
10 am - Noon
