1 Follow the Daily routine!
Key # 2
Complete All Assignments, Including Homework, ON TIME!
Late work will only be accepted before the end of the unit
and will be assessed a point deduction. Late work will not be
accepted after the unit test. Homework
in located on your unit sheet under study and practice. The answers to the practice problems are
located in the solutions section in your text book. The homework will be posted daily on the
board by objective number from unit sheet. Homework can be turned in on test day or
daily. After checking homework in the
solutions section in book if the student still does not understand he/she
should ask questions the next day of before the test.

If you are absent complete your make-up work!
If you are absent you are responsible for the missed work. Record
the Agenda for the day you were absent. You can get this information from
anyone in your class. If handouts or notes were given while you were
absent, blank copies with your name on them will be kept in the make -up crate,
in the section reserved for your class. You
have 5 school days to complete any make-up work. After this time, a a
late deduction will be given for the assignment.

Take Advantage of your extra Credit Opportunities!
An extra credit question will be available for each test. There
will also be retake questions for students who did not master a particular
objective/bench mark for the unit in question. The students who misses a
question or both questions from a particular bench mark should write 5 multiple
choice questions with answers as a way of studying that bench mark which will
enable the student to retake question. If the student gets the question correct
they will receive up to 8 points back for that benchmark. The retake
opportunity is given for one test per nine weeks and there will be a sign up
sheet in the classroom.

Pretest and Pre-writes Prior to Tests!
Since the essay portion is a mirror of the application question located on the back of the unit sheet, completing this assignment before the test will significantly help you prepare for the essay portion of the test. Completing the pretest prior to the review will help you to understand concepts not yet mastered.

# 6 Keep Up with Your Grade!
Students are able after to ask for grade report to keep up with their
grade. Students should also keep track
of their by writing them down in an agenda as the assignments are returned.
