General Information
We are looking forward to a
great year together! Our team has compiled several guidelines to
ensure a successful year.
Also,
if you have any questions during the school year, please contact me
immediately. Please call, email. or write a note in your child's
agenda. I will respond as soon as possible.
- Parents, please check your child's agenda nightly. Pages
should not be removed from the agenda during the school year.
Also, please check your email daily. We will use these methods to
communicate with you throughout the year. Be sure to contact us
if your email address changes.
- Test and quiz grades will be recorded in the agenda.
- Students must turn in homework assignments on time.
After-school homework detention will be assigned if students do not
turn in three or more assignments. Transportation home by bus
will be provided.
- Students should bring all necessary supplies to each class
period. Once class has started, students will not be allowed to
visit their lockers.
- Classroom phones are for emergency use only. Students will
not be allowed to call home for forgotten materials.
- Students may not eat or chew gum during class.
- When we take field trips this year, money and forms MUST be in by
the assigned due date or your child will not be permitted to attend.
- Please check the school's lost and found for missing items.
- Math work should be completed only in pencil. Students will
be required to redo the assignment if it is completed in ink.
- If you'd like to check your child's academic progress or
behavior, please email each teacher weekly for updates. We are
happy to respond to any requests for student progress.
- Be sure to review the school's dress code policy, which is
located in the student handbook.

- 92 - 100 ---- A
- 84 - 91 ---- B
- 83 - 75 ---- C
- 67 - 74 ---- D
- 0 - 66 ---- F
- If a book is lost, the following is a list of the cost of
replacements:
- World of Language ----- $41.40
- Math 6 ----------------- $45.47
- Math 7 ----------------- $46.97
- Math Workbooks ------ $8.47
- Math Warm-Up Book -- $3.00
- English Practice Book -- $5.00
- I will have math tutoring sessions on Tuesdays until 3:40 PM as
soon as the activity buses beginning running in September.
