TMS has an informative and fun tool to help students explore just about any career imaginable! This helpful tool can be accessed from your computer in the convenience of your home. Go online to discover which careers match your interests; read attention-grabbing career articles, and explore what it takes to prepare for your dream career!

All you have to do is follow these two steps:

  1. Open your internet browser (i.e. Netscape or Internet Explorer) and go to http://www.cx.bridges.com
  2. Enter the TMS user name: 0055649 and password: tabbms

Career Development for TMS Students 

Beginning this year, York County Public Schools will begin implementation of a new comprehensive career initiative for students in grades 8 – 12.

Part I. Career Assessments

The second week of September 8 th grade students complete a series of three online career assessments--- interests, skills and work values. Students must be at least age 13 to register & complete the Kuder Career Planning System . Students who are not yet 13 years of age or who are newly enrolled at TMS will complete the assessments later in the school year.

Part II. Career Development Conferences

During the school year, the 8 th grade Guidance Counselor will meet with each student and his/her family for a ½ hour conference to discuss the results of the student's online career assessments.
