1 For Schools Joint Community Meetings
What facility needs are facing York County schools? How are school construction projects planned and funded? And what would the proposed 1% local sales tax mean for public schools?
The York County School Division and York County will host three joint community forums to help residents explore these questions and learn more before the November 3 election. Each forum will include an opportunity to tour the school building, an informational presentation about school facility planning, funding and the proposed sales tax referendum, and time for citizen questions.
Community Forum Schedule

The community forums are intended to provide clear, factual information about school facilities and the referendum. YCSD does not advocate regarding ballot measures. Our goal is to help families, staff and community members understand the proposal and make their own informed decisions.
