Wristband Sales Help Haiti

Posted On: Thursday, February 04, 2010

The students at Tabb Middle School (TMS) and Tabb High School (THS) began selling and purchasing black and orange wristbands inscribed with “HELP HAITI.” A donation of a minimum of $2.00 for each wristband was asked and in two days sales totaled over $1,500! The schools’ goal is $4,000 and to see a wristband on every student at TMS and THS. Because of a generous donation from Life Touch National School Studios, who underwrote the cost of the wristbands, the schools are giving 100% of their proceeds to Doctors Without Borders to help with medicine and medical supplies for the people in Haiti.
