York County Student Helps With Coat Drive

Jessi Volkers, an eighth grade student at Yorktown Middle School, volunteered at the Hampton Roads Harley Davidson store assisting with their annual coat drive. The store collected 655 jackets to be donated to the local shelters of Newport News. Monica Whitmore, Operations Manager at the Harley Davidson store said, “It is young people like Jessi that make a true difference in our community.”
