York High Science Teachers Receive Grant

Deborah Eckstein and Cynthia Hardesty, York High School science teachers, recently received grants through Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Science Teacher Tool Awards. Ms. Eckstein will use her grant to purchase a deionization machine for the Chemistry classes and other lab equipment. Ms. Hardesty will purchase materials for her physics students to study global climate change and alternative energy sources.
