Sports Physicals

When/Where:
  • Grafton High School - 5/26/10; 4 - 6pm
  • York High School - 6/2/10; 4 - 6pm
  • Tabb High School - 6/8/10; 3 - 5pm
  • Bruton High School - 6/9/10; 4 - 6pm
Cost: $15 (checks are accepted)
 
Open To: High School Students Only. Rising 9th graders are allowed to attend.
 
Physical forms must have completed medical history and parental signature for the physician to see the student-athlete. The physicals is limited to high school students only.
