York County Driver Wins First Place at Rodeo

The Region II School Bus Road-E-O held at Phoebus High School featured six York County School Division (YCSD) bus drivers. All who competed did an outstanding job representing YCSD. Ralph Crockett took first place in the Conventional Bus competition.
