Posted On: Friday, October 15, 2010
Students in both the Yorktown Middle School International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and York High School chemistry courses had the unique opportunity to learn from NASA Langley Engineer Clint Cragg, as he discussed his involvement with advising the Chilean mine rescue efforts. Additionally, Cragg addressed the media distortion that often occurs with events of this magnitude, helping students delineate between fact and fiction.
