Tabb High AP Boot Camp

Advanced Placement (AP) course curriculum is rigorous and designed to challenge even the most gifted students. Social Studies Department Chair, Melinda Sloan and AP instructor Linnea Terndrup initiated the “AP Boot Camp” this year at Tabb High to help those enrolled in AP classes. For three days in August, the boot camp recruits focused on various skills needed to be successful in AP classes as well as regular classes. The event culminated with student presentations, demonstrating the skills learned during the camp, reinforcing their knowledge and their ability to apply the lessons learned.
