Baskets for Birds

Grafton Bethel Elementary School (GBES) held its annual Turkey Shoot in November 2009. Students who completed the largest amount of baskets were given a turkey donated by Food Lion. Luanne Nicks, GBES physical education teacher and Karen Grass, GBES principal, congratulated the winners. Kindergarten winners: Madeline Amthor and Mason Thomas. First grade winners: Marisa Guajardo and Trevor Fields. Second Grade winners: Samantha Scott and Trey Kalil. Third Grade winners: Molly Fleri and Jordan Massey. Fourth Grade winners: Haley Chipchase and Mason Colls. Fifth Grade winners: Ginny Hunter and Sebastian Teubert.
