Committees

Cultivating meaningful, collaborative relationships with students, families, staff, and community members is a core value of the School Board and division leaders. The division believes in taking an intentional approach to ensuring families, students, team members and community members have a voice, and believe their feedback, input and participation is meaningful and valued. One method involves inviting individuals to participate in division-level committees.

School Board Advisory Committees

Annually, the School Board appoints individuals to identified advisory councils or committees of citizens of the school division for consultation with reference to specific matters pertaining to local schools. Ad-Hoc Committees

Additionally, departments may convene ad-hoc committees to engage individuals in developing a recommendation to the superintendent and/or School Board on a specific topic.
